The dynamics of the Extended State operates institutions that continuously
manage the class struggle through a consensus established by a Hegemony. Such dynamics
can also be changed based on the disputes that occur within the scope of Civil Society and the
demands for the reproduction of capital. When reproduction is hindered, starting an economic
crisis, or the condition of the class struggle changes, it is possible that the consensus wears
out, leading to a Hegemony Crisis, at which time a new consensus is established, but not
without the resolution of disputes operated by the Private Devices of Hegemony. Brazil is
going through a crisis of this kind that broke out in June 2013, overturning a consensus
established since the end of the dictatorship that was based on democracy and human rights.
At this time, virtual tools also became popular, which were quickly politicized and
transformed into forms of organization and dissemination by various sectors of the right,
which occupied them successfully, with special attention to Youtube. Based on this, we seek
to discuss the social role of Youtube in the crisis of hegemony that was established in Brazil
in the collapse of the PT socialist democratic project. For this, we analyzed 55 videos from 11
channels, separated into four groups: “Men of Faith”, “Liberals”, “Journalists” and
“Patriarchs”, seeking to analyze how these channels represent projects of society and how the
amalgamation of such projects in the conservative wave as in Brazil. We saw that such a
union lost strength after Bolsonaro's victory, but that the different sectors are still strong
separately, operating their private devices of hegemony and reorganizing themselves
according to the demands of capital, which dictate all state policies and, in the face of their
structural crisis, demands more and more. |

A dinâmica do Estado Ampliado opera instituições que gerem a luta de classes continuamente através de um consenso estabelecido por uma Hegemonia. Tal dinâmica pode também ser alterada a partir das disputas que ocorrem no âmbito da Sociedade Civil e das demandas da reprodução do capital. Quando a reprodução é dificultada, ocorrendo uma crise econômica, ou a condição da luta de classes se altera, é possível que o consenso se desgaste, ocorrendo uma Crise de Hegemonia, momento no qual um novo consenso é estabelecido, mas não sem a resolução de disputas operadas pelos Aparelhos Privados de Hegemonia. O Brasil atravessa uma Crise deste tipo que eclodiu em junho de 2013, derrubando um consenso estabelecido desde o final da ditadura que se baseava em democracia e Direitos Humanos. Neste momento se popularizaram também as ferramentas virtuais, que foram rapidamente politizadas e transformadas em formas de organização e divulgação por diversos setores da direita, que às ocuparam de forma exitosa, com especial atenção para o Youtube. A partir disto, buscamos discutir sobre a função social do Youtube na crise de hegemonia que se estabeleceu no Brasil na derrocada do projeto socialdemocrata petista. Para isto analisamos 55 vídeos de 11 canais, separados em quatro grupos: “Homens de Fé”, “Liberais”, “Jornalistas” e “Patriarcas”, buscando analisar como estes canais representam projetos de sociedade e de que forma se deu a amalgama de tais projetos na onda conservadora qual no Brasil.
