Despite the scarcity of artistic and cultural options in the so-called peripheral spaces, the soirées are presented as manifestations of people motivated to propagate the artistic work, in addition to proposing activities to encourage reading to the different spaces of the city. Through the readings of Bruno Latour's ActorNetwork Theory, I sought to build a theoretical methodological framework that contemplated both poets and mobilizers of these spaces, as well as objects that participate as non-human actors in the objectification and strengthening of soirées. I divided this research into a first chapter, in which I sought to reflect on the origins of artists and cultural agitators from different neighbourhoods on the outskirts of Fortaleza. In a second step, I will analyze these soirées and how these association spaces are positioned in relation to the city of Fortaleza. Finally, I will try to bring tools to understand the organization of the meeting of Soirées do Ceará, which in 2020 had its third edition. As proposições dos saraus na periferia de Fortaleza são o principal motivo desta pesquisa, cujo objetivo é construir relatos a partir das itinerâncias das pessoas que orientam tais espaços, bem como a forma de articulação de cada proposição. Apesar da escassez de opções artísticas e culturais nos espaços ditos periféricos, os saraus apresentam-se como manifestações de pessoas motivadas a propagar o trabalho artístico, além de propor atividades de incentivo à leitura para os diferentes espaços da cidade. Por meio das leituras da Teoria Ator-Rede de Bruno Latour, busquei construir um referencial teórico metodológico que contemplasse tanto poetas quanto mobilizadores desses espaços, bem como objetos que participam como atores não humanos da objetivação e fortalecimento dos saraus. Dividi a presente pesquisa em um primeiro capítulo, no qual busquei refletir sobre as origens de artistas e agitadores culturais de diversos bairros da periferia de Fortaleza. Num segundo momento, analisarei esses saraus e como esses espaços de associações se posicionam em relação à cidade de Fortaleza.
