| Resumo: | This article aims to show how teaching practices in the discipline Entrepreneurship enable an improvement in the learning process. The main action consisted in formulating a business plan for companies located in Rio Grande do Norte. This will show the results achieved with the implementation of the project in a Charitable Hospital. The Business Plan sought to facilitate the restructuring and expansion of the institution, which aims to modernize and increase the mix of services. After processing the information collected, it was possible to propose a model of hospital management that encompassed areas operational, financial and marketing. Finally, applied research proved a useful tool to improve the methodology of teaching and facilitate the assimilation of theoretical knowledge obtained in the course |
