description This project consists of an architectural project of an accessible and inclusive urban leisure and spa hotel in Natal, RN with an emphasis on accessibility, universal design and bioclimatic strategies. This document consists of a technical report and architectural design. It was developed with the objective of understanding and designing a building with inclusive architectural features, in view of the growing relevance of the theme, especially regarding to legislation and appreciation of the theme and professional practice. Thus, was saw the opportunity to solve the question of how to involve accessible and inclusive architecture in a project of an Urban Leisure Hotel and Spa in the city, to be seen as a reference for the academy and in the job market. This work has as justification based on the author's professional practice and questions related to social contribution on the theme inclusion. To develop the architectural proposal, a theoretical and conceptual deepening of the theme was initially carried out through bibliographical research and studies of project references. Then, the architectural programming was developed, defining the dilemmas and goals of the project. From this basis, and with the help of the contents taught in the course subjects, the project process was gradually developed and mapped, through various forms of recording in analog and digital media, from the early stages of conditioning studies, conception and development of the architectural parti. As a result of the studies (and simulations) carried out, a proposal was made for a hotel designed on a plot of approximately 35 thousand square meters, a built area of approximately 14 thousand square meters, with 16 chalets, with one and two bedrooms, and an apartment block with 42 housing units, divided into 3 floors. In addition, the hotel counts with all leisure infrastructure and services, fully accessible, pleasantly plastic and with bioclimatic solutions.

Este trabalho consiste em um anteprojeto de um hotel de lazer e spa urbano acessível e inclusivo em Natal, RN com ênfase na acessibilidade, desenho universal e estratégias bioclimáticas. Este documento é composto por um relatório técnico e pelo projeto arquitetônico. Foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de entender e projetar uma edificação com características arquitetônicas inclusivas, tendo em vista a crescente relevância do tema, principalmente no que diz respeito às legislações e o apreço pelo tema vivenciado na prática profissional. Desta forma, viu-se a oportunidade de solucionar a questão de como conciliar a arquitetura acessível e inclusiva em um projeto de um Hotel de Lazer e Spa Urbano na cidade, de forma a ser visto como referência para a academia e para o mercado. Como justificativa, além da prática profissional vivenciado pela autora, o interesse pelas questões relacionadas à contribuição social acerca do tema inclusão. Para desenvolver a proposta arquitetônica foi, inicialmente, realizado um aprofundamento teórico-conceitual sobre o tema através de pesquisas bibliográficas e estudos de referências projetuais, seguido da elaboração de programação arquitetônica, com definição de dilemas e metas do projeto. A partir dessa base, e com o auxílio dos conteúdos ministrados nas disciplinas do curso, o processo projetual foi gradualmente sendo desenvolvido e mapeado, se apoiando em diversas formas de registro em meios analógicos e digitais, eu vão desde as etapas iniciais de estudos de condicionantes, até a concepção e o desenvolvimento do partido arquitetônico. Tendo em vista seus objetivos específicos, o trabalho procurou estudar estratégias arquitetônicas para conciliar a acessibilidade a uma forma plástica que fosse interessante, atendendo as metas determinadas. Como resultado dos estudos (e simulações) realizados, chegou-se a uma proposta de um hotel projetado em um terreno de aproximadamente 35 mil metros quadrados, área construída de aproximadamente 14 mil metros quadrados, com 16 chalés, sendo eles com um e dois quartos, e um bloco de apartamentos com 42 unidades habitacionais, divididas em 3 pavimentos.
