If one organization that does not innovate dies, also one society that is not innovative tend to not survive in a world so full of change. In face of this perspective, this work aim to develop a business with scalable technology base, replicable and competitive, linked to the financial system. Thus, it is fundamental a mobile app for management of sales through card machines, named Controli. Once the process of manually consolidating the sales informations make it hard to the real control of the utilization of financial data. For example, the fact that the manager do not generate precise reports of sales and do not keep track of the real financial flow. To acomplish the goal, strattegic tools to stimulate criativity and innovation were applied to the Controli. Thereby, it has been created one startup aligned with the necessities of the clients segment and, mainly, with all the possible validation analysis of the market. Through the study, it was noticeable that Controli is efficient, mainly in relation to the real necessities of the clients. It showed that it is possible to achieve a better management of card sales and have a better transparency of information to the comercial establishments and to the managers, specially when it comes to taxes charged by card operators. Inovar não é uma opção, tornou-se uma necessidade eminente em todos os setores e nos dias de vida de uma empresa. Se uma organização que não inova morre, uma sociedade que não é inovadora tampouco tende a sobreviver em um mundo de constantes mudanças. Diante desta perspectiva, o presente trabalho tem como foco desenvolver um negócio de base tecnológica escalável, replicável e competitivo, relacionado ao sistema financeiro. Para tanto, faz-se necessário um aplicativo móvel para gerenciamento de vendas realizadas com maquinetas de cartão, denominado Controli. Como visto, esse processo de consolidar manualmente informações de vendas dificulta o controle real da utilização dos dados financeiros, como exemplo, o fato do gestor não gerar relatórios precisos em relação às vendas e também não acompanhar o real fluxo financeiro. Para atingir o objetivo, ferramentas estratégicas de estímulo à criatividade e inovação foram aplicadas ao Controli. Assim, foi elaborada uma startup alinhada com as necessidades do segmento de clientes e, principalmente, com todas as análises possíveis de validação de mercado. Diante do estudo, o Controli mostrou-se eficiente, principalmente em relação a reais necessidades dos clientes.
