this kind of material. This article aims to analyzes the RSS management into a Hospital in the city of Campina Grande/PB, as well as the environmental perception of their nursing team. The data were obtained, by using some methodological tools such as a semi-structured questionnaire, applied in random order, in addition to the visual record. It could be concluded that the surveyed employees have prior knowledge about the RSS management. But they are not enough to attain the management hospital necessities which are often considered to be inadequate, thus compromising the team health, the society health and the environmental quality |
