| Resumo: | The information of a hospital, as in any organization is an asset of significant value, bringing the need for control and management. This study presents the analysis of management information system of a hospital in Alexandria, a city in Rio Grande do Norte. The research method was based on library research and descriptive, which were conducted surveys, interviews and observations. To understand this system was necessary to examine the production process, raise the flow of information the registration documents and procedures involved. It was noted that information is the basis for the good operating of a process, thereby involving the registration practices and dissemination, which may promote the integration of diverse functions |
