The project submitted and approved by the Research Ethics Committee with human beings of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, with the Certificate of Presentation for Ethical Appreciation (CAAE) nº. 25688219.4.0000.5537 and opinion No. 3,736,262. The investigation was carried out in two stages: the first consisted of an integrative literature review to support the construction of an instrument for nursing consultation to people living with mental disorders within the scope of the Family Health Strategy. The following electronic databases were used: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (Lilacs); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE / PUBMED); SCOPUS; Web of Sciense; Cumulative Index to Nursing, Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) and The Cochrane Library (Cochrane). Sample stratum of 14 articles. The second step was the content validation of the preliminary instrument, later named, by specialists using the Delphi technique. Experts selected through the Lattes Platform of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPQ), resulting in a sample of 42 specialists in Delphi 1 and 32 for Delphi 2, totaling 75 until the final version of the instrument, called Instrument for Consultation of Mental Health Nursing in Primary Care (CESMAB-27). It was statistically analyzed through: Content Validity Index (CVI), Relative Index (ARI) and alpha Cronbach. In the first stage, Delphi 1, the mean of Cronbach's alpha and ARI were greater than 0.80, and the CVI was 0.803. In the Delphi 2 phase, Cronbach's alpha reached 0.896, with a CVI of 0.998. Both Delphi 1 and 2 phases were compared, obtaining quite satisfactory reliability, therefore the Alternative Hypothesis is accepted that the Instrument for Mental Health Nursing Consultation in Primary Care (CESMAB-27), presents evidence of content validation. It concludes with the CESMAB-27 validation.

Estudo do tipo metodológico, com objetivo de validar um instrumento para consulta de enfermagem às pessoas vivendo com transtornos mentais no âmbito da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Utilizou-se como referencial teórico-analítico a Teoria das Necessidades Humanas Básicas de Wanda Aguiar Horta. O projeto aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa com seres humanos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, com o Certificado de Apresentação para Apreciação Ética (CAAE) nº. 25688219.4.0000.5537 e parecer nº 3.736.262. A investigação foi realizada em duas etapas: a primeira constou de uma revisão integrativa de literatura para ao abrigo das evidências subsidiar a construção de um instrumento para consulta de enfermagem às pessoas vivendo com transtornos mentais no âmbito da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Utilizou-se as seguintes bases eletrônicas de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (Lilacs); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE/PUBMED); SCOPUS; Web of Sciense; Cumulative Index to Nursing, Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) e The Cochrane Library (Cochrane), obtendo-se um extrato amostral de 14 artigos. A segunda etapa foi a validação de conteúdo do instrumento preliminar, posteriormente nominado, por especialistas por meio da técnica Delphi. Especialistas selecionados por meio da Plataforma Lattes do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPQ), resultando uma amostra de 42 especialistas na fase do Delphi 1 e 32 para o Delphi 2, totalizando 75 até a versão final do instrumento, denominado Instrumento para Consulta de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental na Atenção Básica (CESMAB-27). Analisou-se estatisticamente através do: Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC), Índice Relativo (IRA) e alfa Cronbach. Na primeira etapa, Delphi 1, a média do alfa de Cronbach e IRA foram superiores a 0,80, e o IVC foi de 0,803. Na fase Delphi 2, o alfa de Cronbach chegou a 0,896, com IVC de 0,998. Comparou-se, ambas as fases Delphi 1 e 2, obtendo confiabilidade bastante satisfatória, portanto aceita-se a Hipótese alternativa que o Instrumento para Consulta de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental na Atenção Básica (CESMAB-27), apresenta evidências de validação de conteúdo.
