Resumo: | The objective of this work is to propose a sharpness and competitive procedure for the determination of the optimum topology of 3D structures. The basic idea behind the concept of Topology Optimization Method (TOM) is the characterization of the layout of the body domain. The finite element refinement procedure is implemented by using a classical tetrahedron finite element with four nodes, with a selective integration scheme to avoid volumetric locking, which interpolates both the displacement and the relative density fields. The checkerboard instability problem is circumvented, by applying the local slope constrained method. In order to obtain the optimum topology we make use of the SIMP microstructure. The formulation of the optimization problem consists in the minimization of the compliance of the structure, subjected to a volume, side and slope constraints. The design variables are defined as the nodal relative densities of the material, defined at each node of the finite element mesh |
