description The immunodeficiency virus infection has changed since the beginning of the epidemic, currently, it is considered a chronic and potentially controllable disease. This evolutionary character brings with it a complexity of factors that requires continuous health care, quality of life and investment in integrality. In this context, health care for people living with Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome makes interdisciplinary and intersectoral work necessary. Therefore, a challenge to seek and create health technologies that respond to this population’s needs is found. The study aims to develop and validate a flowchart of care for people living with HIV and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) for existing health services in the city of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. This is a methodological study for construction and content validation. The study is based on Pasquali's Model (2010), and follows the steps of theoretical pole, namely: theoretical procedures, in which a search of the theoretical basis was carried out through documentary research; experimental procedures. in which the instrument was validated for content validation via Google Forms and the Delphi steps; analytical procedure, in which the calculation and analysis of the content validation coefficients and level of agreement was performed. The sample size considers Pasquali, who suggests from six to twenty subjects, and the selection of judges used criteria adapted from Fehring (1994) to support inclusion. The Content Validity Coefficient (CVC) evaluated the agreement between the judges, and the analysis comprehends the concept of language clarity, practical and theoretical relevance. The study agrees and respects ethical precepts, having approval certified by the opinion of the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (CEP / UFRN), under CAAE nº 17815219.4.0000.5537. 16 documents were listed in order to compose the constitutive and operational definitions. The study found out that the theme addressed was mainly related to the protocols that guide assistance within the scope of Brazil’s public health system. In this scenery, this research proposed to elaborate the items and build the flowchart. After construction, Delphi steps were performed to validate the content. At the end of the stages, the level of agreement between the judges was calculated, it was found that during the two Delphi rounds, the judges agreed that the constructed material had valid content, which consists of CVC values equal to or greater than 0.8. Therefore, we concluded that the instrument is relevant and favors the success for its use in the managerial and assistance practice to which it is proposed.

O caráter evolutivo da infecção traz consigo uma complexidade de fatores que requer uma atenção em saúde contínua, promotora de qualidade de vida e investimento na integralidade. Neste contexto, a atenção à saúde das pessoas que vivem com o vírus torna o trabalho interdisciplinar e intersetorial necessário. Logo, o desafio é buscar tecnologias de saúde que respondam as necessidades de atenção dessa população. O estudo tem como objetivo elaborar e validar um fluxograma de atendimento à pessoa que vive com HIV e síndrome da imunodeficiência adquirida (SIDA) para serviços de saúde existentes no município de Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Trata-se de um estudo metodológico para construção e validação de conteúdo. Considera a proposta do Modelo de Pasquali (2010), seguindo os passos componentes do polo teórico, a saber: procedimentos teóricos, em que se realizou uma busca da base teórica através de pesquisa documental; procedimentos experimental em que se deu a construção do instrumento para validação do conteúdo via Google Forms e as etapas Delphi; procedimento analítico em que foi executado o cálculo e análise dos coeficientes de validação de conteúdo e nível de concordância. O tamanho da amostra dos juízes considera Pasquali, sugerido de seis a vinte sujeitos, e a seleção dos juízes utilizou critérios adaptados de Fehring (1994) para apoiar a inclusão. O Coeficiente de Validade de Conteúdo (CVC) avaliou a concordância entre os juízes, e a análise engloba o conceito de clareza de linguagem, da pertinência prática e da relevância teórica. O estudo está em consonância com os preceitos éticos, com aprovação autenticada pelo parecer do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisas da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (CEP/UFRN), sob o CAAE nº 17815219.4.0000.5537. Foram elencados 16 documentos, de modo a compor as definições constitutivas e operacionais. O estudo apontou que a temática abordada estava relacionada majoritariamente aos protocolos que norteia a assistência no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Neste panorama, propôs-se a elaboração dos itens e construção do fluxograma. Após a construção realizou-se as etapas Delphi para validação do conteúdo. Ao final das etapas foi calculado o nível de concordância entre os juízes, constatou-se que durante as duas rodadas Delphi os juízes concordaram que o material construído possuía conteúdo válido, que consiste em valores CVC iguais ou superiores à 0,8.
