| Resumo: | The National Telehealth Brazil Networks Program of the Ministry of Health makes use of modern information and communication technologies (ICT) as a way to break the space-time barriers with the objective of improving the quality of care in the Unified Health System in Brazil. Seeking to achieve a better resolution of the primary level of attention by offering assistance strategies and/or educational teleconsulting, the program seeks to strengthen the integration between health services. In this sense, one of the fundamental aspects for the successful implementation of the program is the efficient training of health professionals for the use of the tools offered by the different Telehealth Centers. Thereby, considering the relevance of Telehealth to the community, and taking into account one of the great challenges found in its expansion, which is to qualify a larger number of health workers, this article presents the methodology used by the Telehealth center of Rio Grande do Norte in the year 2016 |
