Resumo: | In times of economical crisis, a business basically has two possible behaviors to succeed or, at
least, to survive: adopting a conservative stance, through actions that are known to work or
innovate, differing from what is established, and this way, get competitive advantage. Customer
loyalty programmes fit well into the first profile and are universal, ranging from small drinking
water distributors to major aviation or credit card companies. Providing a smartphone
application to customers, while not exactly new, can still be framed in the innovative profile,
mainly for small businesses. The purpose of this paper is to present Bandapp, a container of
applications that aims to popularize the use of applications by Small Business through the
modernization of their Loyalty Programs. Bandapp was developed by RN Soft using some of
TRIZ's techniques, the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, developed by the Russian
researcher Genrich S. Altshuller. Nowadays, Bandapp is a service in expansion with almost 4
thousand users that already have tried more than 50 businesses. It have provided a income of
more than R$60 thousands. |
