This work aims to investigate the linguistic varieties of the Portuguese language,
through the linguistic analysis about the comic trip, specifically the character Chico
Bento. This study looks to recognize the existent variations in some contexts of his
speakers and through texts discuss their intentionality, while there is observation on
these phenomena that integrate the Portuguese language. From that, one proposes
that there is a posture of increase in value so that in this way it stimulates a combat
to the linguistic prejudice, just as an improvement of the linguistic competences of the
wrapped ones in this work. The object in study left from an anxiety caused in the
environment of the classrooms of Portuguese language, to the proportion in which
the apprentices were coming across aspects of the language that were not matching
regularly his reality. This research is grounded on the theoretical assumptions of the
sociolinguistics theory proposed by Bagno (2007; 2009; 2013), Bortoni-Ricardo
(2004; 2005), Labov (2008), Faraco (2008) and Antunes (2007). For studies relative
to genre, we board the works of Antunes (2010; 2009), Marcuschi (2008), Dolz and
Schneuwly (2004) and Koch (2012). In the methodology based on the
presuppositions of the theoreticians Thiollent (2011), Flick (2009) and Zabala (1998),
was developed an inquiry-action, through the preparation of an educational sequence
that could, from a textual type, cause an involvement of the pupils for the
communicative function of the writing, and mainly analyses the linguistic variations
as a social practice and so cancel the concept of mistake that they have. The obtained
results demonstrated that the proposal of educational intervention obtained result in
his objectives, having in mind that the pupils could understand that the linguistic
variations are inherent phenomena of our language. It gave itself this conception
through moments of reflections and discussions, which favored changes in the vision
of each one on the Portuguese language. They could still note than there is no way
to consider a more correct language or not, but appropriate that one, mainly regarding
the speakers of the rural communities, although it is not a variant specifically of them,
since we can find them in other contexts also. Therewith it was possible to understand
that no language should be neglected, since there is no homogeneity in it. |

Este trabalho objetiva investigar as variações linguísticas da língua portuguesa, através de análises linguísticas no gênero textual tirinha, especialmente do personagem Chico Bento. Este estudo busca reconhecer as variações existentes em alguns contextos de seus falantes, e por meio de textos discutir a intencionalidade delas, à medida que haja constatação sobre esses fenômenos que integram a língua portuguesa. A partir disso, propõe-se que haja uma postura de valorização para que dessa maneira estimule um combate ao preconceito linguístico, como também um aprimoramento das competências linguísticas dos envolvidos neste trabalho. O objeto em estudo partiu de uma inquietude causada no ambiente das aulas de língua portuguesa, à proporção em que os aprendizes se deparavam com aspectos da língua que não condiziam regularmente com a sua realidade. Para isto, a pesquisa tem como embasamento teórico os estudos sociolinguísticos de Bagno (2007; 2009; 2013), Bortoni-Ricardo (2004;2005), Labov (2008), Faraco (2008) e Antunes (2007). Para estudos relativos a texto e gênero, abordamos os trabalhos de Antunes (2010; 2009), Marcuschi (2008), Dolz e Schneuwly (2004) e Koch (2012). Na metodologia, fundamentada nos pressupostos dos teóricos Thiollent (2011), Flick (2009) e Zabala (1998), foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa-ação, através da elaboração de uma sequência didática que pudesse, a partir de um gênero textual, motivar um envolvimento dos alunos para a função comunicativa da escrita, e principalmente analisar as variações linguísticas como uma prática social e assim anular o conceito de erro que elas possuem. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que a proposta de intervenção didática obteve êxito em seus objetivos, tendo em vista que os alunos puderam compreender que as variações linguísticas são fenômenos inerentes da nossa língua. Conferiu-se essa concepção através de momentos de reflexões e discussões, que favoreceram mudanças na visão de cada um sobre a língua portuguesa. Ainda puderam constatar que não há como considerar uma língua mais correta ou não, mas aquela adequada, principalmente em relação aos falantes das comunidades rurais, posto que não é uma variante específica deles, já que podemos encontrá-las em outros contextos também.
