| Resumo: | The present work proposes the development of an information system with the
objective of controlling the traceability in the apiculture chain and helping increase
the apiary productivity. The operation consists of the use of a mobile device by the
beekeeper to input information related to the general management of the apiary, and
to record the traceability and extraction conditions of the products, all the while
implementing good practices in beekeeping to streamline the apiary management
and to facilitate the communication among all apiculture chain actors.
Presenting simple questions for the beekeeper on the phone, the application stores
information that can be used to generate graphic reports, which will be useful in the
decision making processes related to several aspects that impact the productivity of
the apiary, such as brood area, volume and proximity of flowering, pollen entry, and
presence of pests in the hive. |
