Resumo: | Renewable energies, especially wind and solar, have experienced an exponential
growth at the last years in Brazil. The latest projects issued became more focused in
attending the market demand, taking the final cost of energy more competitive when
compared with other traditional sources as well as the setup definition of the
productive chain of the sector. Even though the supply chain process is working
properly, there exist spaces for improvement mainly due to the inefficiency and
asymmetry of information as well as the gaps that increases the cost of transaction
and logistics. In order to improve the agreement and the business environment, an
integrated web solution for the management of demand and offers of goods and
services in the wind and solar segments was developed. Using the agile SCRUM
methodology for software development, management and planning, as well as for the
mapping of existing goods and services, it was possible to create an integrated web
platform for managing demands and offers for the renewable energy production
chain. It is expected that with the implementation of this business portal, an
expansion of the other segments of the renewable energy sector, as well as an
increase of the turnover and improvement of the efficiency in the negotiations could
be accomplished. |
