Resumo: | This Master’s degree final project consists of the elaboration of an architectural project
of a music school building in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, with emphasis in the spatial
flexibility and acoustic comfort. This document is composed by a technical report and
an architectural project for an institution in Tirol district, justified by the increase in the
number of students in the school and demand for spaces adapted to the pedagogies
adopted, with better functionality and acoustic performance. The methodological
procedures of research include bibliographical research, analysis of related
architectural projects, case studies and on-site visit in the intervention area to study
the design constraints. The methodological procedures of the research include
architectural programming with systematization of the collected data by the Problem
Seeking method (PENA, 2001), project exercises of the master's degree workshop,
preparation of needs program and pre-dimensioning, providing subsidies for
spatialization of the idea in sketches and models of the design proposal, as well as its
development through simulations of comfort and graphical representation. The results
consist of an architectural product in the preliminary design phase with a description
of the spatial flexibility adopted in the internal scale of the building and its stages of
construction and analysis of the acoustic comfort of the main enclosures in the
requirements of sound insulation and conditioning according to technical standards. |
