Análise da implementação de inovação na triagem neonatal fonoaudiológica
description Neonatal screening is performed to prevent possible health problems in the baby, favoring early treatments that will reduce or eliminate factors that may impair their typical development. Among the five screenings currently used, the ear and tongue tests are performed by the audiologist or the speech pathologist. Although guaranteed by law, its coverage is still lower than that recommended in Brazil and the flow for optimizing resources and monitoring of the baby's health conditions is not always established. In the context of public health, coverage failures and information management of neonatal screenings generate permanent negative impacts for the entire population, with consequences for the economic and development spheres of the country. It was therefore considered important to describe and analyze the implementation of changes in the speechlanguage pathology workflow in the neonatal speech-language pathology sector of an Ebserh network, the main objective of this study. By means of an analytical, descriptive and quantitative-qualitative research that was organized in three phases, namely: the analysis of the literature through an integrative review, simultaneously to the organization of the data obtained with the implementation of innovations in the workflow of speechlanguage pathology in neonatal screening; the creation of a software for the computerization of the whole process of speech-language pathology screening in this maternity, and in the third stage, a survey was conducted to know the reality of neonatal speech-language pathology screening in the Ebserh network, were obtained as results four products presented to the scientific community (2 articles and 1 book chapter), as well as to the National Institute of Industrial Property, for the registration of software called HERA. It is concluded that the products presented contributed to the establishment of the innovation implemented in the maternity in question, as well have the potential to promote improvements in neonatal speech-language screening services.

A triagem neonatal é realizada para a prevenção de possíveis agravos à saúde do bebê, favorecendo tratamentos precoces que diminuirão ou eliminarão fatores que possam prejudicar o seu desenvolvimento típico. Entre as cinco triagens atualmente empregadas, os testes da orelhinha e da linguinha são executados pelo fonoaudiólogo. Apesar de assegurados por lei, sua cobertura ainda é inferior à recomendada em território nacional e o fluxo para a otimização de recursos e o acompanhamento das condições de saúde do bebê nem sempre está estabelecido. No âmbito da saúde pública, as falhas de cobertura e de gestão da informação das triagens neonatais geram impactos negativos permanentes para toda a população, com consequências para as esferas econômica e de desenvolvimento do país. Considerou-se, pois, importante descrever e analisar a implementação de mudanças no processo de trabalho fonoaudiológico no setor de Triagem Neonatal Fonoaudiológica de uma maternidade da Rede Ebserh, objetivo principal deste trabalho. Por meio de uma pesquisa do tipo analítica, descritiva e de abordagem quanti-qualitativa que foi organizada em três fases: a análise da literatura por meio de revisão integrativa, simultaneamente à organização dos dados obtidos com a implementação de inovações no fluxo de trabalho fonoaudiológico na triagem neonatal; a criação de um software para a informatização de todo o processo de triagem fonoaudiológica na referida maternidade, e, na terceira etapa, a realização de um survey para conhecer a realidade da triagem fonoaudiológica neonatal na Rede Ebserh. Foram obtidos como resultados quatro produtos apresentados à comunidade científica (2 artigos e 1 capítulo de livro), bem como ao Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial, para o registro do software denominado HERA.
