description Starting from the massification of telecommunication and the Internet, virtual and telephonic service is a niche market that has been gaining more and more space and employing thousands of people in Brazil. However, like any new expanding activity, environmental and legal problems become latent. Thus, this work is based on research that highlights the harm that this activity generates on the health of its workers. Under the theme of corporate architecture, this work has as main objective to develop the Architectural Project of a Contact Center focusing on Ambience and Environmental Comfort. As a methodology, we sought to adopt concepts and new ways of creating the space focused on the health, well-being and productivity of users. Corroborated by researches, the concept of the ambience was detailed, as well as the definition and reflection on environmental comfort and ergonomics in office environments. A critical analysis was also made of Regulatory Norm 17 of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, which regulates Tele-business activity in Brazil. For the development of the architectural project, the method proposed by Veloso (2011) was used, fulfilling steps such as reference studies, definition of the architectural party, architectural programming and preliminary proposals until the final project presented, in this case, a proposal of building to be deployed in Natal / RN, with an area of 3,047.97m² and distributed on three floors. The proposal project used elements of the bioclimatic architecture, the ambience and the biophilic design in its composition, making use of internal wooded patio, the use of adjustable brises in its facades and the promotion of visual permeability and natural ventilation. In addition, it was decided to think of a new layout model for the telemarketing activity that was based on international studies. In this sense, it is necessary to rethink the work practices and the design of the space for the telemarketing activity in Brazil, starting with the revision and complementation of its legislation. This, despite covering important points, does not delve into important issues such as accessibility, the psychological effects of space on workers and the detailing of environmental comfort guidelines.

Partindo da massificação da telecomunicação e da internet, o Teleatendimento se coloca como um nicho de mercado que vem ganhando cada vez mais espaço e empregando milhares de pessoas no Brasil. No entanto, como toda nova atividade em expansão, problemas de ordem ambiental e legal se tornam latentes. Assim, esse trabalho parte de pesquisas que destacam o dano que essa atividade gera na saúde dos seus trabalhadores. Sob o tema da arquitetura corporativa, esse trabalho tem como objetivo principal desenvolver o Projeto Arquitetônico de uma Central de Teleatendimento com enfoque na Ambiência e no Conforto Ambiental. Como metodologia, buscou-se adotar conceitos e novas formas de criação do espaço voltado para a saúde, bem-estar e produtividade dos usuários. Corroborado por pesquisas, detalhou-se o conceito da ambiência, além da definição e reflexão a respeito do conforto ambiental e da ergonomia nos ambientes de escritório. Fez-se também uma análise crítica a respeito da Norma Regulamentadora 17 do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, que regulamenta a atividade de Teleatendimento no Brasil. Para o desenvolvimento do projeto arquitetônico utilizou-se o método proposto por Veloso (2011), cumprindo etapas como estudos de referência, definição do partido arquitetônico, da programação arquitetônica e das propostas preliminares até chegar ao projeto final apresentado, no caso, uma proposta de edifício a ser implantado em Natal/RN, com área de 3.047,97m² e distribuído em três pavimentos. A proposta usou elementos da arquitetura bioclimática, da ambiência e do design biofílico em sua composição, fazendo uso de pátio interno arborizado, da utilização de brises reguláveis em suas fachadas e da promoção de permeabilidade visual e à ventilação natural. Além disso, optou-se por pensar em um novo modelo de layout para a atividade de teleatendimento que estivesse baseado em estudos internacionais. Neste sentido, faz necessário repensar as práticas de trabalho e de concepção do espaço para a atividade de teleatendimento no Brasil, a começar pela revisão e complementação de sua legislação.
