Resumo:Starting from the massification of telecommunication and the Internet, virtual and telephonic service is a niche market that has been gaining more and more space and employing thousands of people in Brazil. However, like any new expanding activity, environmental and legal problems become latent. Thus, this work is based on research that highlights the harm that this activity generates on the health of its workers. Under the theme of corporate architecture, this work has as main objective to develop the Architectural Project of a Contact Center focusing on Ambience and Environmental Comfort. As a methodology, we sought to adopt concepts and new ways of creating the space focused on the health, well-being and productivity of users. Corroborated by researches, the concept of the ambience was detailed, as well as the definition and reflection on environmental comfort and ergonomics in office environments. A critical analysis was also made of Regulatory Norm 17 of the Ministry of Labor and Employment, which regulates Tele-business activity in Brazil. For the development of the architectural project, the method proposed by Veloso (2011) was used, fulfilling steps such as reference studies, definition of the architectural party, architectural programming and preliminary proposals until the final project presented, in this case, a proposal of building to be deployed in Natal / RN, with an area of 3,047.97m² and distributed on three floors. The proposal project used elements of the bioclimatic architecture, the ambience and the biophilic design in its composition, making use of internal wooded patio, the use of adjustable brises in its facades and the promotion of visual permeability and natural ventilation. In addition, it was decided to think of a new layout model for the telemarketing activity that was based on international studies. In this sense, it is necessary to rethink the work practices and the design of the space for the telemarketing activity in Brazil, starting with the revision and complementation of its legislation. This, despite covering important points, does not delve into important issues such as accessibility, the psychological effects of space on workers and the detailing of environmental comfort guidelines.
