In a critical scenario is based on a new idea madness and its new psychosocial structure from CAPS. Psychosocial Care Centers, CAPS, are therapeutic spaces aimed at the progressive substitution of asylums. With a differentiated approach to assisted CAPS, differ from psychiatric hospitals for their psychosocial line and reintegration against society. The survey monitors and discusses the creative process of Breaking Walls performance, conducted with beneficiaries of the Center for Psychosocial Care - CAPS III Walk in the city of João Pessoa. From the monitoring and observations of assisted in the creation and presentations are qualitatively addressed the phenomena arising from this study descriptive and inductively, whose procedures are rooted and in line with the performance and madness, discussed by Renato Cohen (2011) Jorge Glusberg (2009) and Michel Foucault (2014). In our study, we emphasize the qualitative research, because this is a tool very important to the social process of assisted in CAPS III - Walk. Seeking view the context in which they are inserted, and from there we will have a greater integration of this object of study involving better understanding of the phenomenon. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) Com a reforma psiquiátrica em todo o mundo, os profissionais da saúde começam a rever mudanças no contexto histórico da loucura. Em um cenário de críticas, fundamenta-se uma nova ideia à loucura e a sua nova estrutura psicossocial a partir dos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial, os CAPS. Estes são espaços terapêuticos que visam à substituição progressiva dos manicômios. Com uma abordagem diferenciada ao assistido, os CAPS, se diferenciam dos hospitais psiquiátricos pela sua consonância psicossocial e de reinserção frente à sociedade. Os assistidos, nesses serviços de saúde mental, participam das inúmeras atividades artísticas e terapêuticas oferecidos pelos mais diversos profissionais. Tendo o assistido como protagonista do trabalho de reinserção social do CAPS, esta pesquisa acompanha e discute o processo criativo da performance Quebrando Muros, realizados com os assistidos do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial – CAPS III Caminhar, na cidade de João Pessoa, Paraíba. A partir do acompanhamento e das observações dos indivíduos na criação e nas apresentações são abordados qualitativamente os fenômenos decorrentes deste estudo de forma descritiva e indutiva, cujos procedimentos estão enraizados e em consonância com a performance e a loucura, discutidas por Renato Cohen (2011), Jorge Glusberg (2009) e Michael Foucault (2014). Em nosso estudo, enfatizamos a pesquisa qualitativa porque esta é uma ferramenta de bastante relevância para o processo social dos assistidos no CAPS III – Caminhar.
