description This doctoral work is the continuity result of our master's thesis (VIEIRA, 2014), when we analyze meaning productions developed by the writing of monographic texts. In continuing the research, now in doctorate, we understand that the sense of promotion effect production, among many others, is related to the science conception and formation of the one who writes the work, as well as to the reader who analyzes the written production. For this reason, we perceive that scientific writing develops from different relations. Therefore, we see the need to deepen the studies on the relation that the subject establishes with a theory. In this sense, our research seeks answers to the following questions: 1) How do the different forms of use of the discourse other point to a representation of the researcher about a theory or theoretical concept? 2) How can the use of other authors' discourses influence the representation of the researcher on concepts, theories and authors? And, 3) How does the relation between writing and representation indicate a conception of science? In the search for answers, we intend to analyze a relation between the forms of use of other authors' discourses, the representation of the researcher on concepts, authors and theories and the conceptions of science present in the university. Specifically, we will: 1) identify the marks of use of the discourse quoted in the written production of the academic text; 2) verify, in the forms of use of the discourse other, the researcher representation on concepts, theories and authors; and 3) analyze the reflections of the researcher's conception of science in his written production. Our corpus has ten doctoral theses linked to Discourse Analysis and presented in graduate programs in Languages or Linguistics, evaluated with concepts 4, 5, 6, 7, in addition to an interinstitutional doctoral program. The theoretical foundation is divided as follows: 1) sociological reflection on the scientific paradigms of Sousa Santos (1993), to contextualize the construction of different scientific paradigms; 2) the concept of discursive heterogeneity shown by Authier-Revuz (2004) and the forms of quoted discourse from Bakhtin (2006), in the sense of analyzing the materialization of discourse other in writing; 3) the notion of cultural representation of Chartier (2002), which assists us to observe and analyze the diverse representation forms of the researcher on a theory basis (concept, theory and author); 4) the imaginary formation concepts of Pêcheux (1997), as a way of demarcating the selection methodology and corpus analysis; 5) Ginzburg's (1996) indicia method as a theoreticalmethodological practice for data collection and analysis; and 6) the notions of scientific spirit and epistemological obstacles of Bachelard (1996), that contribute with the analysis of the representation relation and the researcher’s science conception.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) Este trabalho de doutoramento é fruto de nossa dissertação de mestrado (VIEIRA, 2014), quando analisamos as produções de sentidos desenvolvidos pelas formas de escrita de textos monográficos. Ao darmos continuidade à investigação, no doutorado, compreendemos que a produção do efeito de sentido de promoção, dentre tantos outros existentes, tem relação com a formação e a concepção de ciência daquele que escreve o trabalho, como também, do leitor que analisa a produção escrita. Por esta razão, compreendemos que a escrita científica se desenvolve a partir de diferentes relações. Por isso, vemos a necessidade de aprofundarmos os estudos sobre a relação que o sujeito estabelece com uma teoria. Nesse sentido, nossa investigação buscou respostas para os seguintes questionamentos: 1) Como as diferentes formas de uso do discurso outrem indiciam diferentes representações do pesquisador sobre teorias e conceitos teóricos? e, 2) Como a relação entre escrita e representação reflete a concepção de ciência do pesquisador? Na busca por respostas, analisamos a relação existente entre as formas de utilização de discursos de outros autores, a representação do pesquisador sobre conceitos, autores e teorias e as concepções de ciência presentes na universidade. Especificamente, tivemos como objetivos: 1) identificar as marcas de uso do discurso citado na produção escrita do texto acadêmico; 2) verificar, nas formas de uso do discurso do outro, a representação do pesquisador sobre conceitos, teorias e autores; e 3) analisar os reflexos da concepção de ciência do pesquisador em sua produção escrita. Para a investigação, coletamos dez teses de doutorado, das quais seis compuseram nosso corpus. Todos os trabalhos analisados são vinculados a Análise do Discurso e foram defendidos em programas de pósgraduação em Letras ou Linguística, avaliados com conceitos 4, 5, 6 e 7, e em um programa de doutorado interinstitucional. A fundamentação teórica foi dividida da seguinte maneira: 1) a reflexão sociológica sobre os paradigmas científicos de Sousa Santos (1993), para contextualizar a construção dos diferentes paradigmas científicos; 2) o conceito de heterogeneidade discursiva mostrada de Authier-Revuz (2004) e as formas de discurso citado de Bakhtin (2006), usados para analisar a materialização do discurso outro na escrita; 3) a noção de representação cultural de Chartier (2002), que nos auxiliou a observar e analisar as diversas formas de representações do pesquisador sobre uma fundamentação teórica (conceito, teoria e autor); 4) os conceitos de formação imaginária de Pêcheux (1997), como forma de demarcar a metodologia de seleção e análise do corpus; 5) o método indiciário de Ginzburg (1996) como prática teórico-metodológica para coleta e análises dos dados; e 6) as noções de espírito científico e obstáculos epistemológicos de Bachelard (1996), que contribuem com a análise da relação da representação e concepção de ciência do pesquisador. 2018-07-26T18:05:54Z 2018-07-26T18:05:54Z 2018-02-01 doctoralThesis VIEIRA, José Antônio.
