| Resumo: | This work proposes to demonstrate parameters to be followed in architectural projects
of institutional buildings for offices, with environmental quality, quality is based on the
integration between thermal comfort, light comfort and functionality in the building,
aiming to contribute to the greater well being of the user of this work space and
consequently contribute to the productivity of work by this developed. Thus, it was
decided to develop an architectural proposal for a Headquarters Building of the
Attorney General's Office for the city of Campina Grande / PB, whose choice is justified
by the growing increase in civil construction, influenced by the growth of the city. For
its development, reference studies were used on building for office use and also for
other uses, but with solutions focused on thermal and light comfort in the environment.
In addition to the reference studies, we also analyzed the various spatial arrangements
existing in the building typology chosen for this dissertation (based on organizational
structures), as well as the analysis of local climatic factors, seeking better bioclimatic
strategies for the proposed building. Another methodological tool adopted for the
construction of this dissertation was the construction of an architectural program,
where it is used features relevant elements for the development of the architectural
proposal, based on Problem Seeking and personal experiences. The proposed project
was also supported by solutions that allow the use of spatial flexibility of space, since
this type of use suffers constant change, either by simple changes or by alteration of
spatial arrangement, based on administrative theories. |
