Resumo: | This thesis aims to understand how the social sciences in Latin America are shown in front of the emergence in this decade, from new governments, whether left, center-left or progressives, non-conservatives, but showing a post-neoliberal political theme. Finally, seeks to provide elements for a critical analysis of this dichotomic categorization and manichaean. |
