| Resumo: | The objective of this study was to effects and potential extension of actions developed by incubators of solidarity economic enterprises UFRN, in order to suggest measures that might also contribute to modification, expansion or improvement of these actions. For this, it was used as a research space one Family Agriculture Workers Association located in the Community Village Cruz, municipality of Currais New / RN. The theoretical framework addressed conceptual, formal and procedural aspects of university extension and solidarity economy, as well as a discussion on the role of incubators of solidarity economic enterprises. The methodology involved a case study with a qualitative approach, as the objectives was descriptive, the applied nature and making use of 03 (three) data collection techniques, namely, literature, open non participant observation and interviews semiestruturas applied to the associated producers, coordination of the Association and the scholarship students in her acting. For interpretation of data was used the technique of content analysis. The results obtained allowed to reach the overall goal of the research, they were identified some effects of the work of incubators in the Association, as administrative and educational assistance, coordination between producers and associated coordination, brokering partnerships with other institutions, decentralization of activities, most participation of members, increase self esteem, among others; and potential as the proposal to develop a strategic planin association, improvements in internal and external communication, strengthening of self management, expansion of sales volume, intermediation for conversion of Cooperative Association, among others. These measures will be proposed to the coordination of incubators in order to leverage their results, as well as contributing to compliance and service prerogatives established in development plans, management and institutional evaluation of UFRN. |
