movement - political subject of women - the autonomy is established dynamically, back and

capacity of autonomous feminist collective in Natal/RN, from the knowledge of the structure
and dynamics of a group and understanding the consubstantiality gender, 'race'/ethnicity, class
for the process organization. And with the participation of the Coletivo Autônomo Feminista

A noção de autonomia no feminismo se coloca como teoria e ação para a construção horizontal e autodesignada das mulheres no projeto de transformação social. Como elemento do movimento feminista – sujeito político das mulheres –, a autonomia, se estabelece de forma dinâmica, avançando e retrocedendo a partir da conjuntura sócio-histórica que se inscreva e, assim, da correlação de forças que se constitui com o grupo das mulheres. Dessa forma, para este trabalho foi necessária à tomada do feminismo em seu atual processo, o qual configura a transição do período de “onguização” das organizações feministas (1980 a 2000), cujo se discute a relativa perda de autonomia diante da aliança como Estado e dependência às agências de fomento, para o período atual, que retoma discursos e práticas autônomas por meio de grupos e suas militantes. Para tanto, esse estudo se fundamenta na investigação do feminismo autônomo das jovens mulheres, as caracterizando como outra proposta radical e de inserção política para esse período. O objetivo, então, esteve em analisar a capacidade organizativa dos coletivos autônomos feminista em Natal/RN, a partir do conhecimento sobre a estrutura e dinâmica de um grupo e a compreensão da consubstancialidade sexo, “raça”/etnia, classe para o processo de organização. Contou com a participação do Coletivo Autônomo Feminista Leila Diniz. Este se encontrava em transição organizativa, encerrando suas atividades como ONG e partindo para militância autônoma. A fim de atingir a objetivação então proposta, foi realizada revisão bibliográfica das categorias, feminismo, autonomia, patriarcado, consciência militante feminista e coletivo total; pesquisa documental referente ao Coletivo; observações participantes no interior de suas reuniões; e uma oficina temática com algumas militantes do Coletivo Autônomo, onde se produziu imagens e discursos. A materialização desses instrumentais proporcionou à pesquisa uma análise quanto aos elementos que constituem as jovens feministas e as organizações autônomas contemporâneas, tendo em vista as experiências múltiplas e a diversidade de mulheres que configura o sujeito [a sujeita] feminista como coletivo total.
