The aim of the study is to compare the challenges regarding data sharing reported in the literature with those found in Campos' (2023) thesis research. The methodology used was a bibliographic review and the reuse of research data from the aforementioned thesis. The results showed barriers classified as: individual (lack of time, confidence, individualistic mentality), organizational (lack of infrastructure and resources, absence of a healthy organizational culture), and technological (difficulty in handling tools and systems). Therefore, solutions to recurrent and emerging problems must be found so that the reuse of research data can support and motivate new research, complement and update it and build new knowledge. No compartilhamento de dados de pesquisa, identificam-se fatores que impedem e dificultam a interação dos indivíduos. O objetivo do estudo é comparar os desafios em relação ao compartilhamento de dados relatados na literatura com aqueles encontrados na tese de Campos (2023). A metodologia incluiu revisão bibliográfica e reúso dos dados da tese citada. Os resultados demonstraram barreiras classificadas em: individual, a organizacional e a tecnológica. Portanto, soluções para problemas recorrentes devem ser encontradas para que a reutilização de dados de pesquisa possa apoiar novas pesquisas.
