| Resumo: | Reports perceptions about the receptivity of thematic research data repositories in Brazil. A qualitative empirical method of collecting information was adopted in face-to-face meetings that took place in the process of implementing a project to incubate Brazilian research data repositories, which started in 2021. It argues for issues that limit the adherence and use of these repositories in specific research communities. Despite the questioned difficulties, the initiative to invest in repositories of this nature in Brazil is promising. |
