Specifically, these tools are ARGOS, used in Portugal, and FioDMP, used in Brazil. The main purpose is to promote technological, semantic, and policy interoperability, ensuring that both tools comply with the FAIR Data Principles. The adopted methodological approach is exploratory and qualitative, seeking to identify patterns and insights that address the identified gaps in both tools. The inclusion of machine-actionable features, used in DMPs, has the potential to facilitate the researcher's work in managing their research data and minimize potential errors in DMP development, thereby facilitating the sharing and reuse of research data covered by the DMP. This communication presents preliminary results, such as the interaction of FioDMP with the controlled vocabulary in the health domain (DeCS/MeSH), integration with the Crossref DOI (Digital Object Identifier) assignment registry, and other ongoing integrations. It is also presented the work developed to customize ARGOS and integrate FCT's PGD template, with a focus on the adoption of machine-actionable features. Este trabalho de investigação é fruto de uma parceria entre a Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz/Icict) e a Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, IP (FCT), com o intuito de aferir potenciais melhorias às duas ferramentas de criação de Planos de Gestão de Dados (PGD). Especificamente, trata-se da ferramenta ARGOS, utilizada em Portugal, e da ferramenta FioDMP, utilizada no Brasil. O propósito principal é promover a interoperabilidade tecnológica, semântica e política, garantindo que ambas as ferramentas estejam em conformidade com os Princípios de Dados FAIR. A metodologia adotada tem uma abordagem exploratória e qualitativa, com intuito de identificar padrões e insights que reduzam as lacunas identificadas em ambas as ferramentas. A adoção de recursos acionáveis por máquina, utilizados em PGDs, tem o potencial de facilitar o trabalho do pesquisador na gestão dos seus dados de investigação, bem como minimizar eventuais erros na elaboração de PGD facilitando, dessa forma, a partilha e reutilização dos dados de investigação abrangidos pelo PGD. Nesta comunicação, são apresentados resultados preliminares, como a interação do FioDMP com o vocabulário controlado da área da saúde (DeCS/MeSH), a integração com o registro de atribuição de identificadores persistentes (DOI) Crossref e outras integrações que ainda estão em desenvolvimento. É também apresentado o trabalho desenvolvido de customização da ferramenta ARGOS e integração do template de PGD da FCT, com enfoque na adoção de recursos acionáveis por máquina.
