Resumo:Introduction: Endometriosis is a very prevalent gynecological pathology among women of multiple age groups, consisting of a constant challenge for fertility, sexuality, and other aspects of quality of life.  Objective: to evaluate the effects of endometriosis on female sexual life. Methodology: Texto do método em inglês. Results: This is an integrative literature review whose guiding question is "How can endometriosis affect female sexual life?” The search strategy "Endometriosis AND Dyspareunia AND Quality of Life" was applied in the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and its English version "Endometriosis AND Dyspareunia AND Quality of Life" in the PubMed database, with the filters "full text" and "last 10 years" on both platforms. I. Inclusion criteria: studies that addressed cisgender women, of childbearing age, with active sex life, previous diagnosis of pelvic or deep endometriosis, and sexual disorders or complaints. Exclusion criteria: articles that contemplate women with other pelvic pathologies other than endometriosis, or with a history of sexual trauma, or in use of psychopharmaceuticals; studies repeated in the databases and studies unavailable in full. Conclusions: Conclusion: In the sexual sphere, endometriosis can lead to a reduction in the frequency of intercourse, bleeding during or after intercourse, lack of interest in foreplay, discomfort in certain positions, relationship endings, marital conflicts, and, above all, dyspareunia. Keywords: Endometriosis; Dyspareunia; Quality of life; Women's health; Sexual Behavior.
