Resumo:The COVID-19 pandemic brought numerous needs for changes in the organizational environment including the public and banking sector. Therefore, the audience presents the objective of comparing the perception of the Organizational Climate during two bank branches in the sector. Participated in this research, 8 employees of Agency A and 7 employees of Agency B, of both sexes, hired under the temporary regime or public tender. These bank branches were located in the municipality of Tomé-Açu, state of Pará. A data collection instrument was used containing as evaluative items of the Organizational Climate Scale - ECO (MARTINS, 2008), including sociodemographic questions of the participants. The main results indicate a neutral perception of the Organizational Climate in general. However, according to the support of Agency B, being the success factor of the organization, being the favorable factor for the organization of the organization. , some of the elements that work. The conclusion cases of the present study is that during the general perception of the CO COVID-19, that is, the general perception of the neutral CO, that is, the employees do not consider an organizational atmosphere in these organizational environments.
