In this sense, it points out the need to promote a consistent dialogue between courts, horizontal and vertical, for the better realization of human rights. It adopts a literature review that deals with the challenges of constitutionalism in the current scenario of normative interweaving with International Human Rights Law. It proposes to analyze the jurisprudence of some Latin American constitutional courts and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in order to draw an overview of the current state of the art in the reality of America. O presente artigo busca discutir o conceito de "Constitucionalismo Multinível" a partir de uma análise do Direito centrada em leitura heterárquica da relação entre as normas jurídicas do direito doméstico e do Direito Internacional, abandonando a constante análise hierárquica, usada usualmente para tanto. Nesse sentido, pontua a necessidade de se promover um consistente diálogo entre cortes, horizontal e vertical, para a melhor realização dos direitos humanos. Adota a revisão de literatura que trata dos desafios do constitucionalismo no atual cenário de entrelaçamento normativo com o Direito Internacional dos direitos humanos.
