The initial objective of the research was to immerse in the "Judiciary Network," aiming to identify, track, and understand the actors, practices, artifacts, and relationships established daily in this space-time of the Judiciary Power. The understanding of the dynamics in this space was achieved through observing the everyday practices that give meaning and coherence to the performance of the buildings housing this normative power, although they often remain unrecognized as an integral part of it. The text explores the "Judiciary Network", that is, the sets of relationships that are established, experienced, and produce practices and discourses fabricated daily by the different actors in this context, often defying the social imaginary about the production of criminal processes, traversed by contingencies and agencies that transcend hierarchies and procedural manuals.

El presente relato etnográfico forma parte de una investigación que se llevó a cabo en los espacios burocráticos judiciales del Foro Central I en Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, de julio de 2021 a julio de 2022. El objetivo inicial de la investigación fue sumergirse en la "Red Judiciaria", con el fin de identificar, rastrear y conocer a los actores, prácticas, artefactos y relaciones que se establecen a diario en este espacio-tiempo del Poder Judicial. La comprensión de la circulación en este espacio se logró a través de la observación de las prácticas cotidianas que dan sentido y cohesión al desempeño de los edificios donde se encuentra este poder normativo, pero que a menudo no son reconocidas como parte de él. El texto explora la "Red Judiciaria", es decir, los conjuntos de relaciones que se establecen, viven y producen prácticas y discursos que son fabricados diariamente por los diferentes actores en este contexto, muchas veces desafiando el imaginario social sobre la producción de procesos criminales, atravesados por contingencias y agenciamientos que trascienden jerarquías y manuales procesales. O presente relato etnográfico é parte de uma pesquisa que foi conduzida nos espaços burocráticos judiciais do Foro Central I em Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, durante julho de 2021 a julho de 2022. O objetivo inicial da pesquisa foi a imersão no que chamei de Rede Judiciária, a fim de identificar, rastrear e conhecer os atores, práticas, artefatos e relações estabelecidas cotidianamente nesse espaço-tempo do Poder Judiciário. A compreensão da circulação nesse espaço ocorreu por meio da observação das práticas cotidianas que dão sentido e coesão à performance desse poder normativo, mas que muitas vezes não são reconhecidas como parte dele. O texto explora a Rede Judiciária, ou seja, os conjuntos de relações que são estabelecidas, vividas e produzem práticas e discursos que são fabricados diariamente pelos diferentes atores desse contexto, muitas vezes escapando o imaginário social sobre a fabricação de processos criminais, atravessados por contingências e agenciamentos que transbordam as hierarquias e os manuais processuais.
