Resumo:This article discusses the National Student Performance Examination – ENADE Teatro. The objective of the research was to understand the exam and analyze the tests and questionnaires applied in 2006 and 2009. The methodology is qualitative and quantitative, with data from the website of the Ministry of Education. By way of conclusion, the function and reasons for the suspension of ENADE – Teatro are problematized, reflecting on the possibility of a hybrid character in public evaluation in Higher Education
