Resumo:Religions and images are fields with crossings that deserve reflection and experimentation. This text starts from the description of the process of organizing a dossier published in 2021. Our objective is to share some dynamics arising from what we call digital curation. The article is divided into two parts in which we address, firstly, the theoretical and methodological connections between investigations of Image and Visual Anthropology with the Anthropology of Religion. Subsequently, we present the visual essays of the aforementioned dossier, divided into axes such as moving image, rituals and enchantment. Methodologically, we used a bibliographical review of the two areas mentioned, connected with the proposal of the authors of the dossier and with our contribution to the debate. Finally, we address the potent links between religion and image, reflecting on how research with photography and religion can have many points in connection.
