This is a qualitative literature review, aiming to identify the eating implications arising from Anxiety Disorder, focusing on Binge Eating Disorder. The base searches were carried out in the MEDLINE, LIACS, PSPSIC and SCIELO databases, from which, based on the methodologically arranged inclusion and exclusion criteria, 12 scientific articles were included for analysis and discussion. The main results found provide a basis for inferring that Anxiety Disorder is a factor that generates eating disorders, especially Binge Eating Disorder - BED, the focus of this research. It was concluded, then, that in view of the sickening context of this problem, the research in question is of great value, since the Binge Eating Disorder linked to the anxiogenic context is configured as a serious public health problem, thus being appropriate to deepen the study. its study and directive scientific development. Se trata de una revisión cualitativa de la literatura, con el objetivo de identificar las implicaciones alimentarias derivadas del Trastorno de Ansiedad, centrándose en el Trastorno por Atracón. Las búsquedas de base se realizaron en las bases de datos MEDLINE, LIACS, PSPSIC y SCIELO, de las cuales, con base en los criterios de inclusión y exclusión ordenados metodológicamente, se incluyeron 12 artículos científicos para su análisis y discusión. Los principales resultados encontrados permiten inferir que el Trastorno de Ansiedad es un factor generador de trastornos alimentarios, en especial el Trastorno por Atracón - TCA, foco de esta investigación. Se concluyó, entonces, que ante el contexto enfermizo de esta problemática, la investigación en mención es de gran valor, ya que el Trastorno por Atracón vinculado al contexto ansiogénico se configura como un grave problema de salud pública, por lo que conviene profundizar el estudio, su estudio y desarrollo científico rector. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica de literatura de cunho qualitativo, objetivando a identificação das implicações alimentares advindas do Transtorno de Ansiedade, tendo lente focal ao Transtorno de Compulsão Alimentar. As pesquisas bases foram realizadas nas bases de dados MEDLINE, LIACS, PSPSIC e SCIELO, do qual a partir dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão metodologicamente dispostos foram incluídos 12 artigos científicos para análise e discussão. Os principais resultados encontrados dispões de base para que se possa inferir que o Transtorno de Ansiedade é peça geradora de transtornos alimentares, em especial o Transtorno de Compulsão Alimentar Periódico - TCAP, foco desta pesquisa. Concluiu-se então, que diante do contexto adoecedor desta problemática se faz de grande valia a pesquisa em questão, uma vez que o Transtorno de Compulsão Alimentar atrelado ao contexto ansigoênico se configura como um grave problema de saúde pública, assim sendo cabível de aprofundamento ao seu estudo e desenvolvimento científico diretivo.
