| Resumo: | In recent years, the work profile of families has been changing, with an increase in working hours at night. Therefore, the need for night daycare services becomes more evident, especially for families that do not have a support network at this time. Therefore, the objective of this work was to analyse the scenario of the night daycare centres in the city of Santo André, from the understanding of the impact factors for the availability of this service, proposing a roadmap tool for the development of its technical, economic, financial feasibility and marketing. The methodology is characterized by a qualitative and quantitative exploratory research, developed through bibliographic research, interviews with specialists in the area, focus groups with daycare managers and mothers, as well as research to understand the demand for the service. The results showed a demand for the use of night day care centres, as well as positive and negative impact factors for their availability. In addition, within the adopted premises, the implementation of a private daycare centre in the city of Santo André proved to be viable. Thus, this work contributes by launching a proposal for a tool to assess the feasibility of night daycare centres, enabling its implementation. |
