The Extension Project was formed with professionals from different areas who reported their experiences having as theoretical support the knowledge of Neurosciences, Social Psychology and Education, fulfilling one of the main objectives of the extension projects: the articulation between theory and practice, being also an educational process. As results achieved, we highlight the sharing of experiences and reflection on the inclusion of students with Learning Disorders and Difficulties. En este Informe de Experiencia destacamos las acciones, metodologías y resultados obtenidos con el Proyecto de Extensión "Neuroeducación, Trastornos y Dificultades de Aprendizaje: estrategias de enseñanza y evaluación" promovido por el Departamento de Educación del Centro de Ensino Superior do Seridó (CERES) de la Universidad de Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). El Proyecto de Extensión ocurrió con profesionales de diferentes áreas que relataron sus experiencias teniendo como aporte teórico los conocimientos de Neurociencias, Psicología Social y Educación, cumpliendo uno de los principales objetivos de los proyectos de extensión que es la articulación entre teoría y práctica, siendo también, un proceso educativo. Como resultados alcanzados, destacamos el intercambio de experiencias y la reflexión sobre la inclusión de estudiantes con Trastornos y Dificultades de Aprendizaje. Neste Relato de Experiência destacamos as ações, metodologias e resultados obtidos com o Projeto de Extensão “Neuroeducação, Transtornos e Dificuldades de Aprendizagem: estratégias de ensino e avaliação” promovido pelo Departamento de Educação do Centro de Ensino Superior do Seridó (CERES) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). O Projeto de Extensão ocorreu contou com profissionais de diversas áreas que relataram suas experiências tendo como aporte teórico os conhecimentos da Neurociências, Psicologia Social e Educação, cumprindo um dos objetivos principais dos projetos de extensão que é a articulação entre teoria e prática, sendo também, um processo educativo. Como resultados alcançados, destacamos a partilha de experiências e reflexão acerca da inclusão de alunos com Transtornos e Dificuldades de Aprendizagem.
