Resumo:The article is the result of research that aimed to highlight the marks that a journal addressed to teachers and managers of private schools in Rio Grande do Sul (RS) attributes to students involved in activities related to entrepreneurship. The theoretical contributions are linked to the theories of Michel Foucault and his reviewers. The empirical material consists of copies of Educação em Revista (ER) journal, a publication of the Sindicato do Ensino Privado do Rio Grande do Sul (SINEPE/RS) [Private Education Union of Rio Grande do Sul], published between 2013 and 2021. In methodological terms, we used the discourse analysis proposed by Foucault. The analysis of the material evidenced that there is a strong appeal in Educação em Revista for private schools in Rio Grande do Sul state to work with entrepreneurship. In addition, it was noticed that the reports position students as protagonists and leaders in processes of individualization and singularization of learners when involved in entrepreneurial practices, which configure a narcissistic person-student, who, among other marks, starts to be built as a hero that explores itself.
