Resumo:The Covid-19 pandemic, caused by SARS-CoV.2, changed the entire social dynamics through the advance in cases of contamination. One of the sectors that had a strong impact was the job market through the implementation of the home office model. From this perspective, the objective of the study is to characterize the mental illness of workers working at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the methodology used was the integrative literature review, for which it was necessary to carry out a search in the following databases: MEDLINE, LILACS and BDENF, where 07 articles were selected, using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, being These were in English, Portuguese and Spanish and were published between 2019 and 2022. As for the results, it was possible to understand that the worker placed in the home-office during the pandemic had significant mental problems, since it is related to the social isolation, thus destabilizing daily life, fear of illness and insecurity of family income, thus directly affecting mental health. Given the above, it is understood that the mental illness of workers has as its main element the lack of social interaction.
