Thus, the general objective of the study turned to to identify the role and influence of the woman's family in the labor market. The methodology used in the study started from a qualitative approach, where there was an Integrative Literature Review, which was carried out in January 2022. The described Women, Family and Labor Market were used for the articles in the Scientific Library databases Online Electronics (SCIELO) and Virtual Health Library (BVS). Thus, 8 articles were found, after filtering 5 inclusion and exclusion criteria, only 5 were used. Inclusion resources for studies offered between the years 2011 and 202, which were offered free of charge. Foreign conditions for duplicates, theses, dissertations and studies. As for the results of the research, it was observed that the family has a fundamental role in the insertion of women in the labor market, as the family can influence the results of an improvement in life, however, also the fact that the best paths follow A family can interfere in an occupational women's field or insert itself into a field.

Es claro que las mujeres ocupan más espacios ocupados, cada vez más, se observa que las funciones también aumentan y así, en ocasiones, las mujeres tienen multifunciones, entre ellas madres, estudiantes, trabajadoras y cuidadoras. Así, el objetivo general del estudio pasó a identificar el papel y la influencia de la familia de la mujer en el mercado laboral. La metodología utilizada en el estudio partió de un enfoque cualitativo, donde se contó con una Revisión Integradora de la Literatura, la cual se llevó a cabo en enero de 2022. Los artículos descritos Mujer, Familia y Mercado Laboral fueron utilizados para los artículos en las bases de datos de la Biblioteca Científica Electrónica en Línea (SCIELO) y Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS). Así, se encontraron 8 artículos, después de filtrar 5 criterios de inclusión y exclusión, solo se utilizaron 5. Recursos de inclusión para estudios ofertados entre los años 2011 y 202, los cuales se ofrecieron de forma gratuita. Extranjería de condiciones para duplicados, tesis, disertaciones y estudios. En cuanto a los resultados de la investigación, se observó que la familia tiene un papel fundamental en la inserción de la mujer en el mercado laboral, ya que la familia puede influir en los resultados de una mejora en la vida, sin embargo, también el hecho de que los mejores caminos seguir Una familia puede inmiscuirse en un campo ocupacional de mujeres o insertarse en un campo. É notório que a mulher cada vez mais ocupa mais espaços ocupacionais, juntamente a isso, observa-se que as funções também aumentam e assim, por vezes as mulheres possuem multifunções, dentre elas de mãe, estudante, trabalhadora e de cuidadora do lar. Assim, o objetivo geral do estudo voltou-se para identificar o papel e influência da família da mulher no mercado de trabalho. A metodologia utilizada no estudo partiu de uma abordagem qualitativa, e assim, houve uma Revisão Integrativa de Literatura, que foi realizada no mês de janeiro de 2022. Foram utilizados os descritores Mulheres, Família e Mercado de Trabalho para encontrar os artigos nas bases de dados da Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO) e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Assim, foram encontrados 58 artigos, entretanto após a filtragem dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, apenas 05 foram utilizados. Os critérios de inclusão voltaram para estudos publicados entre os anos de 2011 a 2021, que fossem da língua portuguesa e que fossem gratuitos. Os critérios de exclusão voltaram para artigos duplicados, teses, dissertações e estudos estrangeiros. Quanto aos resultados da pesquisa, observou-se que a família tem um papel fundamental na inserção da mulher no mercado de trabalho, pois a família pode influenciar a seguir melhores caminhos a fim de uma melhoria de vida, entretanto, também há o fato que a constituição de uma família pode interferir que a mulher permaneça ou se insira em um campo ocupacional.
