This is a grupal space aiming to share dreams, whose meetings are held in a virtual environment, through the Google Meet Platform, as a way to maintain the ties between students and the university community. This article aims to present three oneiric narratives of university students who participated in the first cycle of the project, between May and July of 2020. The method of analysis produced in the group used three dimensions treatment of the oneiric narratives: singular; social and common and the prospective. It is worth highlighting the social distancing and political uncertainties posed challenges to higher education institutions in the sense of calling them to invent communication devices, with students and teachers, and care in order to embrace the sociopolitical dimension of the suffering of the academic community. It is a commitment to professional training that articulates scientific research and experiences of welcoming the other in the teaching/learning process in a constant search for dialogue with the social and historical context.  A ação de extensão “Roda de Conversa sobre Sonhos” foi criada no ano de 2020 como forma de acolhimento das angústias e de partilha de experiências dos estudantes em decorrência da eclosão da pandemia de Sars-CoV-2 (covid-19). Trata-se de um espaço grupal que visa compartilhar sonhos, cujos encontros são realizados em ambiente virtual, via Google Meet, como uma forma de manter os vínculos entre estudantes e a comunidade universitária. O objetivo do artigo é apresentar três narrativas oníricas de universitários que participaram do primeiro ciclo do projeto, entre maio e julho de 2020. O método de análise do material produzido no grupo se utilizou de três dimensões de tratamento das narrativas oníricas: singular, social e comum e a prospectiva. Cabe destacar que o distanciamento social e as incertezas políticas colocaram desafios às instituições de ensino superior no sentido de convidá-las a inventar dispositivos de comunicação com os discentes e docentes, e de cuidado com o intuito de acolher a dimensão sociopolítica do sofrimento da comunidade acadêmica. Consiste em uma aposta na formação profissional que articula pesquisas científicas e experiências de acolhimento ao outro no processo ensino/aprendizagem em constante busca de diálogo com o contexto social e histórico.
