We sought to identify which approaches and authors are recurrent, as well as to identify which methodologies are most used. The research is exploratory, bibliometric and quantitative-qualitative. As for the procedure, data collection was carried out in the proceedings of the National Meeting of Research and Graduate Studies in Information Science (ENANCIB) from 2005 to 2019, specifically the works published in GT4 that deals with Information Management and Knowledge Management. The results show that most of the themes in the analyzed works that involve Information and Knowledge Management in the scope of libraries are related to specific library services, such as reference service, and diagnostics plan, being, therefore, mostly studies of case, as well as the theoretical framework that supports such research, are from areas that involve administration and information science. Apresenta a análise da temática gestão da informação e do conhecimento no contexto das bibliotecas. Buscou-se identificar quais abordagens e autores da área da gestão da informação e do conhecimento são recorrentes, bem como identificar quais as metodologias são mais utilizadas. A pesquisa é de caráter exploratório, de cunho bibliométrico e de característica quantiqualitativa. Quanto ao procedimento foi realizada uma coleta de dados nos anais do Encontro Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-graduação em Ciência da Informação, no período de 2005 a 2019, especificamente os trabalhos publicados no GT4 que trata da Gestão da Informação e Gestão do Conhecimento. Os resultados evidenciam que a maioria das temáticas nos trabalhos analisados que envolvem Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento no âmbito das bibliotecas estão relacionados aos serviços específicos das bibliotecas, como serviço de referência, e plano de diagnósticos, sendo, portanto, em sua maioria estudos de caso, bem como o referencial teórico que apoia tais pesquisas são de áreas que envolvem a administração e a ciência da informação.
