The extensionist activity contemplated 12 SDG, which were discussed in dialogue with seven literary texts. We found that, in its dynamics of reading group, the activity stimulated the critical-reflective thinking of the participants, promoted/encouraged the reader training and, from the fruition of the literary text, contributed to the human formation of the participants. Besides, the extensionist activity showed that the full reading of the literary text is relevant and that it is necessary to promote readings that make sense to the participants, from an interdisciplinary, dialogical, democratic and critical perspectives. Este relato de experiencia es el resultado de la actividad extensionista Estudio del texto literario en diálogo con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), que forma parte de las actividades del Proyecto de extensión El texto literario en el aula. La actividad extensionista contempló 12 ODS, que fueron discutidos en diálogo con siete textos literarios. Constatamos que, en su dinámica de grupo de lectura, la actividad estimuló el pensamento crítico-reflexivo de los participantes, promovió/incentivó la formación lectora y, a partir del disfrute del texto literario, contribuyó para la formación humana de los participantes. Además, la actividad extensionista mostró que es relevante la lectura integral del texto literario y que es necesario promover lecturas que tengan sentido para los participantes, desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar, dialógica, democrática y crítica. Este relato de experiência é resultado da atividade extensionista Estudo do texto literário em diálogo com os Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), que faz parte das atividades do Projeto de Extensão O texto literário na sala de aula. A atividade extensionista contemplou 12 ODS, que foram discutidos em diálogo com sete textos literários. Constatamos que, em sua dinâmica de grupo de leitura, a atividade estimulou o pensamento crítico-reflexivo dos participantes, promoveu/incentivou a formação leitora e, a partir da fruição do texto literário, contribuiu para a formação humana dos participantes. Ademais, a atividade extensionista mostrou que é relevante a leitura integral do texto literário e que é preciso promover leituras que façam sentido para os participantes, numa perspectiva interdisciplinar, dialógica, democrática e crítica.
