Resumo:This paper aims to present and reflect on the process of conception, planning and execution of the virtual exhibition which has as its provisional title “Travels in the History of Tourism in Brazil – reconstructive memory in the narratives of subjects/researchers”, an action carried out by the team of project Virtual Museum of Tourism in Brazil - MVTB, coordinated by Professor Valeria Lima Guimarães, from the Department of Tourism of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality of the Fluminense Federal University (UFF). The initial interest in the development of this exhibition is based on our experiences with this group of researchers, a shared effort to build (and rebuild) tourism and leisure itineraries in Brazil. It was from the debates about the group of researchers that the project team thought about and proposed a virtual exhibition. The material to compose the exhibition is being collected by the team and it is a narrative told through many voices.
