description Objective: To describe the experiences lived in the self-care group developed in a Multiprofessional Residency Program in Family and Community Health. Methods: This is a descriptive, qualitative study, of the type of experience report, based on the problematization methodology of the Arco de Maguerez. The actions aimed at promoting the self-care of resident professionals took place between the months of August 2020 and March 2021, during the pedagogical activities corresponding to the tutoring, weekly, remotely, through the virtual tool Google Meet and with an average duration of 60 minutes, totaling 26 meetings. Results and Discussion: The virtual meetings allowed residents to discuss about the activities to be planned and carried out in the face of the pandemic scenario and the physical and psychological impacts arising from the reformulation of the teaching-learning process. Final Considerations: The holding of meetings to strengthen and encourage self-care contributed to the strengthening of participants, empowerment and a culture of expressing themselves and highlighting their needs and anxieties, in addition to creating links with the other members of the team, especially in times of remote activities , where the meetings of the whole team could have become more scarce. Thus, the meetings aroused even more the feeling of interprofessionality, humanity, loveliness and self-responsibility for one's own health and that of the other with whom one works.

Metodología: Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, cualitativo, del tipo de relato de experiencia elaborado con base en la metodología de la Problematización del Arco de Maguerez. Las acciones dirigidas a promover el autocuidado de los profesionales residentes se desarrollaron entre los meses de agosto de 2020 y marzo de 2021, durante las actividades pedagógicas correspondientes a la tutoría, semanalmente, a distancia, a través de la herramienta virtual Google Meet y con una duración media de 60 minutos, totalizando 26 encuentros. Resultados y Discusión: Las reuniones virtuales permitieron a los residentes discutir sobre las actividades a planificar y realizar en el escenario pandémico y los impactos físicos y psicológicos resultantes de la reformulación del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Consideraciones Finales: La realización de encuentros para fortalecer e incentivar el autocuidado contribuyó al fortalecimiento de los participantes, al empoderamiento y a la cultura de expresarse y evidenciar sus necesidades y angustias, además de crear vínculos con los demás componentes del equipo, principalmente en tiempos de actividades remotas, donde los encuentros de todo el equipo podrían volverse más escasos. Así, los encuentros despertaron aún más el sentimiento de interprofesionalidad, humanidad, cuidado amoroso y autorresponsabilidad por la propia salud y la del otro con el que se trabaja. As ações voltadas para a promoção do autocuidado dos profissionais residentes aconteceram entre os meses de agosto de 2020 à março de 2021, durante as atividades pedagógicas correspondentes à tutoria, semanalmente, de forma remota, por meio da ferramenta virtual Google Meet e com duração média de 60 minutos, totalizando 26 encontros. Resultados e Discussão: Os encontros virtuais possibilitaram aos residentes discutir acerca das atividades a serem planejadas e realizadas diante do cenário de pandemia e os impactos físicos e psíquicos advindos da reformulação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
