This article presents research excerpt with qualitative approach and theoretical contribution on childhood sociology, that had as an objective comprehend the interpretative reflex of digital contents, noticeable through small children’s actions (three to four-year-olds) in a childhood education centre. In data generation ethnography techniques were used (participant observation, semistructured interview, field journal, informal conversations and drawing and retelling of stories workshops). The objective of this research is to reflect on ethical questions in research with small children, highlighting the consent signs and questioning related to the researcher's presence in the investigation field. The results show that the attainment of children’s consent is a complex process and it’s in permanent negotiation (Ferreira, 2003). The ethic on the research goes beyond the Terms of Free and Informed Consent - TFIC, being above everything aligned with the filed researcher’s attitudes. |
