Resumo:As a result of the technological advances that society is experiencing, the processes used in institutions tend to undergo changes, which are essential and necessary, using tools and methodologies capable of modifying the routines of processes until then considered effective. In this context, in the area of education it would not be different, specifically, with regard to public schools and the processes of Archival Document Management (GDA), especially those produced in the Department of Personnel (DP) sector of schools. It is assumed that such institutions do not have a standard and institutionalized GDA methodology to implement GDA processes: treating, organizing, controlling, accessing and retrieving the DP's archival documents, specifically, those that make up the server's functional file. This methodology would allow the implementation of GDA processes, ensuring quality and improvement in the information services provided. Thus, the need to define and implement a GDA methodology that guarantees the standardization of the aforementioned GDA processes is imminent. This article seeks, in light of the announced assumption, to identify how the definition and application of a GDA methodology, regarding the management of the functional dossier of civil servants who work in public schools. As a method to achieve this objective, a Systematic Literature Review (RSL) was carried out. A representative number of studies showing the definition and application of GDA methodologies in the domain of public schools was not found. and completed, focusing on the management of archival documents in public schools and specifically on archival documents of a labor nature.
