| Resumo: | OBJECTIVE: To assess the quality of life of employees of a private college through the QWLQ-78 questionnaire. METHODS: We conducted a research with a quantitative approach, descriptive character, with observational design and transverse with respect to time. The process of data collection occurred by virtual means, through online forms Google ® platform, and sent through the institutional email. RESULTS: most employees have a quality of life considered as average, corresponding to 40.40%, while 44.70% of the people consider as "enough." CONCLUSION: The employees obtained in most areas an assessment classified as positive, but it is necessary the occurrence of balance between all areas of the questionnaire. |
