In the year of 1979, he showed a biopolitics face present in the subjectivity’s constitution scope, on the background of the so-called neoliberal governmentality, i.e, the homo oeconomicus. This article aims to analyze neoliberalism today, towards the thematic of the new technologies advance and of the internet over the labor, considering the precariousness, or, the uberization. However, we aim to problematize the biopolitics’ ways concerning this issue. Our exposition must save three parts: 1 – The reason for to study and aims to understand these thematic in the biopolitics ways; 2 – The presentation of the uberization thematic and, as a result, the explanation of the sharing economy; 3 – The expose of a neoliberal subjectivity’s constitution, uberizated, in the labor and the life. As a conclusion, it is understood that we live in a new regime of the normal, which implies in other resistances, for the reduction of such subjectivation modes. A biopolítica, para Michel Foucault, poderia ser entendida como aquilo que faz viver e deixa morrer. Ao largo de sua trajetória intelectual, especificamente, na segunda metade da década de 1970, o filósofo francês desenvolveu essa questão em alguns de seus Cursos dados ao Collège de France. No curso de 1979, ele indica uma faceta biopolítica atuante na dimensão da constituição de subjetividade, tendo como background a chamada governamentalidade neoliberal, isto é, o homo oeconomicus. Este artigo tem como principal objetivo a análise do neoliberalismo hoje, no tocante à temática do avanço das novas tecnologias e da internet sobre o trabalho, levando em conta o quesito da precarização, ou, uberização. Entretanto, buscaremos problematizar os vieses biopolíticos concernentes à esta questão. Nossa exposição obedece a três etapas: 1- A justificativa teórico-metodológica das razões para se buscar entender a temática por meio da biopolítica; 2- A apresentação da temática da uberização e, consequentemente, a elucidação da chamada economia de compartilhamento; 3- A exposição da constituição de uma subjetividade neoliberal, uberizada, no trabalho e na vida. Como conclusão, entende-se que vivemos em um novo regime do normal, que implica em resistências outras, para o arrefecimento de tais modos de subjetivação.
