Resumo:The biopolitics, in Michel Foucault’s thoughts, could be understood like what makes live and lets die.  In your intellectual work, specifically, in the second half-middle 1970’s decade, the French philosopher developed this issue in some of your Lectures at the Collège de France. In the year of 1979, he showed a biopolitics face present in the subjectivity’s constitution scope, on the background of the so-called neoliberal governmentality, i.e, the homo oeconomicus. This article aims to analyze neoliberalism today, towards the thematic of the new technologies advance and of the internet over the labor, considering the precariousness, or, the uberization. However, we aim to problematize the biopolitics’ ways concerning this issue. Our exposition must save three parts: 1 – The reason for to study and aims to understand these thematic in the biopolitics ways; 2 – The presentation of the uberization thematic and, as a result, the explanation of the sharing economy; 3 – The expose of a neoliberal subjectivity’s constitution, uberizated, in the labor and the life. As a conclusion, it is understood that we live in a new regime of the normal, which implies in other resistances, for the reduction of such subjectivation modes.
